The basics of how bookings and services with OGACLEAN work.

These terms apply to services booked with OGACLEAN LTD ("OGACLEAN", "we") through this website, WhatsApp, phone or in person.
Bookings
A request made on this website is not a confirmed booking until our team contacts you and confirms the date, time, scope and price.
Prices
Laundry prices are listed per item in Rwandan francs (RWF) on our price list. Deep cleaning for apartments, houses and short-stay units follows our published cleaning tariff; surcharges apply to heavily soiled, post-construction, urgent, Sunday and public-holiday jobs as listed. Other cleaning services are quoted based on the size and condition of the space. The final price is confirmed with you before work begins. Published prices may change; the price confirmed for your booking applies.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup and delivery times are agreed with you when you book. Please make sure someone is available, or tell us how to collect and deliver items safely.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information about the items or space to be cleaned, including any delicate materials, stains or damage.
- Remove valuables and personal items from pockets and from areas to be cleaned.
- Provide safe access to the property at the agreed time.
Care of items
We choose cleaning methods to suit each item and follow care labels where available. Some stains, old damage or weak fabrics may not respond fully to cleaning; we will tell you where we can.
Concerns
If you are not satisfied with any part of our service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review it with you.
Cancellations and changes
Please let us know as early as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking.
